WARRANTY
Rayben Motors Inc warrants each new Rayben brand scooter to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR after delivery.
Rayben Motors Inc warrants each new Rayben brand bicycle or electric bike to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 90 DAYS after delivery.
LIMITED REMEDY
Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Rayben Motors Inc. You will be responsible for warranty claim charge of approximately $30.00 and all shipping costs associated with such warranty replacements. IN NO EVENT SHALL RAYBEN MOTORS INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY DAMAGES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES.
EXCLUSIONS
The above warranty, or any implied warranty, does not cover normal wear and tear, and all warranties are void if the scooter, bicycle or electric bicycle is used for other than normal activities including, but not limited to the failure to follow the owners manual for proper installation, periodic maintenance or operation of product, any damage which results from repair, adjustment or maintenance by any methods not specified by RayBen Motors Inc., using the scooter, bicycle or electric bicycle for commercial activities or in competitive events, including but not limited to racing, motocross racing, stunt riding, ramp jumping or similar activities, and training for such activities or events. RayBen Motors Inc. makes no other warranties, express or implied. All implied warranties, including the warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to that of the express warranties stated above.
RETURN POLICY
You may return un-used and un-opened items purchased from RayBen Motors Inc. within 10 days of the original delivery/purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a refund / restocking fee of 30 percent. The cost of shipping to you and back to us is non-refundable. No refunds on any work perfomed (eg PDI) or labour costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Request a RMA by email at sales_raybenmotors.com. Include your contact information and an explanation of the reason for return. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
All sales are FINAL for SALE MERCHANDISE and any used, damaged or unsalable items.
