Q. Why should I drive a Scooter instead of a car?

Q. Do I need to purchase insurance for my Gas Scooter?
A. Yes, you are required to insure your scooter as it can go fast enough to keep up with traffic. Insurance is about $40-45/month.
Q. How much gas does it use?
A..Rayben Gas Scooters gets over 90 mpg! One tank of gas will cost about $4.00.
Q. Do I need a special license?
A. Any scooter less than 50 cc does not require a motorcycle license in BC. You only need a regular Class 5 drivers license.
Q. Is it easy to ride?
A. Yes, push the ignition button to turn on your scooter and twist the throttle to go. Its that simple! All of our scooters have automatic transmission, therefore no clutch.
Q. How fast does a Rayben Gas Scooter go?
A. Our Gas Scooters has a top speed of approximately 65-70 km/h.
Q. What much can the scooter carry?
A. Our Gas Scooters come with a shopping bag hook, under the seat storage and a rear rack. The shopping bag hook will allow you to hook a grocery bag to the scooter. The rear rack will hold a lot of stuff if attached properly. If more storage is required we have optional storage boxes that can be attached to the rear rack too.
