RayBen Motors Return Policy
(for Gas Scooters, Bicycles, Electric Bicycles and E-Bike Conversion Kits)
You may return un-used and un-opened items purchased from RayBen Motors Inc. within 10 days of the original delivery/purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a refund / restocking fee of 30 percent. The cost of shipping to you and back to us is non-refundable. No refunds on any work perfomed (eg PDI) or labour costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Request a RMA by email at sales_raybenmotors.com. Include your contact information and an explanation of the reason for return. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.
